Holcomb House is a comfortable and pleasant California Craftsman Bungalow built at the turn of the century and located within walking distance of historic downtown Healdsburg Plaza. Filled with furnishings that reflect the owner's love of antiques, Holcomb House is tastefully accented with a quilt collection. Holcomb House offers the uniqueness of being small and private and if perfect for couples traveling together. During your stay, you will have access to the living and dining area where there is a wood-burning stove. You have the option of two rooms. The Lucy Room, furnished with a beautiful queen-size brass bed, and private bath or the Captain's Room with queen-size captain's bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and stall shower. In the morning a self-serve continental breakfast is available in the dining area. Historic downtown Healdsburg Plaza offers an abundance of activity and is surrounded by specialty shops, coffee houses and restaurants. Other local activities include swimming at Veterans Memorial Beach, golfing at the local golf course, and, ten miles northwest of town, Lake Sonoma. Also within the vicinity of Healdsburg are over 100 wineries. The Pacific Ocean is just 40 minutes away. Your room is based on double occupancy. Rates are between $145.00 and $175.00 per night. We would be happy to reserve your room upon receipt of the first night's lodging. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Your room is subject to a 12% city tax. Unfortunately we can not adequately accommodate children or pets. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Cancellation policy: There is a 14-day cancellation policy.
